I am from Malaysia but currently live in Switzerland.

I had aimed to get hitched at 30. Married at 27. No regrets except for the man I married …

just kidding!

Delivered a baby girl two years later.

I used to work in a corporate environment before giving it all up to become a homemaker. The decision was not entirely voluntary though it has always been my wish to ‘retire’ early.  

This wish came true prematurely when my big baby received an offer to work in Switzerland and now, here we are. We have been here since June 2006.

No idea how long we’ll be here but we hope by the time we go back for good, we’ll have more than enough savings to buy us a decent landed property in Damansara and still have extra to do other stuff.  

I would also like a house built to our specification, next to my parents’, in Sabah.

The big baby and I are keen travellers.  We love to explore strange places and experience foreign culture. For this reason we are definitely loving living in Europe.

I have plans to rejoin the workforce eventually but we’ll see how it goes…

This blog was mainly created to share my experience and to keep in touch with friends and family from far and wide.

Actually ar, I just want a personal space to rant.

SAHM, super active tot, foreign land, no amah, no MIL, no friends, no income (of my own), no weekly massage and facial therapy  … all that stress must be channelled elsewhere.
